1. Use of Services

2. MapHawk Chrome Extension
Acceptable use
MapHawk is intended to help you extract publicly visible business data from Google Maps search results for legitimate lead generation and research purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use the extracted data.
Prohibited use
- Using MapHawk to collect data for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
- Scraping data in violation of Google Maps Terms of Service.
- Reselling or redistributing raw scraped data as a standalone product without transformative use.
No warranty
MapHawk relies on Google Maps' current page structure. We do not guarantee the extension will function if Google changes their interface. The extension is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code on swynix.com and in Swynix Labs products are the property of Swynix Labs unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Swynix Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swynix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use them.

Our website and tools may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ashford, United Kingdom.
